We take care of Risk Adjustment coding and care coordination for all STAR Quality Measures, so that you can spend your visits treating patients.
How we Work
Our expert Nurse Practitioners and care coordinators set up video visits on your behalf to complete HCC visits and coding for Risk Adjustment. Our Care coordinators on the same call then get patients scheduled for all of their STAR preventive care screenings. We then ensure all this documentation is uploaded in the patient’s chart and submitted to CMS.
Our teams are trained and have experience with CMS guidelines and regulations on all Risk Adjustment coding and practices and STAR Quality Measures. We are committed to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in everything we do.
